Rescheduling / Cancellation Policies

Kindly understand that a lot of preparation goes into each and every appointment and your appointment time is reserved just for you, and so we require at least a 24-hour notice to reschedule. You are welcome to reschedule through your confirmation email, or by reaching us through our Contact page.

If you do not show up to your appointment, and you did not previously notify us of your desire to reschedule, no refund will be issued.

If you are late to your appointment, that time will be subtracted from your appointment time. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, you will be considered a no-show and your appointment will be canceled. Cancellations will not be refunded.

We also do not issue refunds for missed events.
