Rescheduling / Cancellation Policies

Kindly understand that a lot of preparation goes into each and every appointment and your appointment time is reserved just for you, and so we require at least a 24-hour notice to reschedule.

You can reschedule through your appointment confirmation email, by clicking on the “Change Appointment” button at the bottom to access our calendar. If you are unable to use our online scheduling system, you can reach us through our Contact page.

If you do not reschedule and do not show up for your appointment, no refund will be issued.

If you are late for your appointment, the time you missed will be taken out of your total appointment time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, you will be considered a no-show and your appointment will be canceled. Canceled appointments will not be refunded.

We also do not issue refunds for missed events or group activities.

Kindly understand that when you schedule an appointment with us, you are purchasing our time to make our best effort on your behalf, whether it’s through our psychic medium, spiritual healing or hypnosis services.

We can not and do not make any guarantees, and so no refunds will be made based on clarity, accuracy or effect.
